Come to your session as relaxed as possible. If this is your first session, come 10 min. early to fill out your New Customer Form. Use any techniques learned in previous sessions to prepare for your next session. Complete any homework from your previous sessions. Wear comfy clothing that allows access to problem areas. Do not come to your session, if you are sick! Eat, drink, & use the restroom prior to your session. Quiet your cell phone & make sure family & friends know not to disturb you. Be ready to kick off your shoes & be casual. If you are uncomfortable with close contact, or touch please let your adviser know as this may be necessary for some sessions.
We recommend holistic sessions as part of a Wellness Path, which start with the Evaluation Session #1 & a Consultation Session #2 appointments that delve into energy blockages that may, or may not be tied to physical health complaints. We do not claim that we can treat, or cure any disease, but holistic energy sessions can be extremely beneficial in supporting western medical healing plans. Your first 2 sessions are where your adviser gets to know you & forms a long term energy plan. This means that you will mostly be sitting with your adviser, talking, releasing, journaling, doing minor path working & brief energy work during these sessions. They are different than Session #3 & onward on a Wellness Path, where you will be getting into progressively more in depth energy work & may be asked to lay, sit, or stand in different room, or outdoor arrangements that best fit the type of session work being done. Please be open to the unconventional uniqueness, & versatility of these types of sessions. We understand that you may be new to this style of healing. We will guide you & answer any questions you have to better understand our techniques. We focus on wellness of the whole body, heart, mind, soul & spirit. This is a long term commitment you are making to change your path to be well. Even after your main Wellness Path has been completed we recommend that you continue with Follow Up maintenance sessions to keep your energy field at an optimum, peaceful & harmonious vibration. We are here to be your guide & friend.
A minimum of 7 sessions are recommended holistically for major energy blockages. Crisis, A la Carte & Simple Sessions are available as needed too. Please park at the front of the building & use the side entrance on the porch & to the left. The front door leads to a residence. Please do not knock, or it may disturb the pets. Side parking is for the residence only. Verizon is the only cell service that works "On the Hill" so make sure to call or text prior to heading into the forest. I am available to chat via Zoom, Facebook, or Google video chat. Please note that these methods were originally designed for in person sessions that utilize equipment I have on site. If you live outside of my area, & are interested in distance healing, I am happy to work with you :) . If you want to schedule an online session, please contact me before purchasing any packages off this site. You will need to purchase an additional session kit specific to the session you are interested in in order to do the sessions online. I can also sell you the materials necessary for these sessions currently via credit card payment over the phone. Without session kit materials you may be unable to do specific sessions, or be limited in how much of the session we can do. Unfortunately, some sessions just aren't compatible to do online & in that case I urge you to plan a trip to visit us in person to receive the full benefits of your energy healing.
A note on take homes - You will most likely have take home supplies such as teas, herbal remedies & aromatherapy items, etc. recommended to you, based on your main & secondary concerns, by your session adviser to compliment the healing process & in some cases these items are also necessary parts of your healing in session. These are usually suggested in your Consultation Appointment #2 & are available for purchase on my shop's website https://mystic-moon-tree.square.site . Currently you can also purchase made to order take homes at our store, or via a phone order with credit card. Your adviser can answer any questions you have about which take homes may be included in your session price & which are in addition to it.
I am only set up to ship outside the United States to a few countries, mostly Europe & Australia. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause to those of you over seas. Some essential oils must be shipped by ground due to regulations. This means that it may take up to 2 weeks for your session kit to arrive. We will want to schedule your session accordingly. All sales are final &, due to the nature of the products, I can not accept returns. However, if your item doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged in some way, please let me know within 3 days of receiving it, send me a picture of the damage & we will work with the shipping carrier to get new product sent out to you. Stones are tumbled with natural inclusions & may have cracks or small chips occurring within them, despite this your stone(s) should arrive whole & in one piece. I will choose your stones intuitively for your personality, cleanse, clear, smudge, charge, & bless them prior to shipping. Please feel free to ask about other crystals, metaphysical tools & supplies that I may be able to special order for you, or custom make, as I have many wonderful distributors I work with & not everything is listed on the website. negative path, or vibration that is not in alignment with ours, you

- Money is an energy exchange. In working with
Mystic Moon Tree you understand that we do not view this exchange exactly
like the rest of the modern world might. Please ask, if you would like
more clarity on our beliefs. We expect that you will communicate openly
& honestly with us about any resistance you hold towards our policies
& prices. We accept payments as thanks for needed materials &
services exchanged, holding space, providing spiritual healing &
guidance, whether you are committed to being present for your sessions, or
not. We expect that you will
reciprocate in this healing exchange by appreciating the effort we make to
be able to hold this sacred space for you. We do charge for most of our services,
because we also live in a modern world & need to to survive. Sometimes
we choose to discount, or trade for our services. These options will be
taken away from people who don’t appreciate them, or abuse them. We only
accept customers who are spiritually ready & financially able to work
with us without stress & tension. If you are focusing on the price of
your session rather than the positive changes you will be bringing into
your life, then you may not be ready to take sessions with us, &
that’s ok. Schedule when you are truly ready. You must maintain a prepaid
credit on account of at least one session at least 1 week prior to your
scheduled appointment time. Most of our customers save up, commit to
themselves, & maintain at least 1 months worth of prepaid credit, so
that they can focus more on their healing & less on the financial
aspect. Materials, lots of care & effort go into set up for each of
our sessions that are lost with last minute cancellations. Due to the
nature of these sessions we can not reschedule into a last minute held
space. In order to be able to continue offering these services &
maintain our own well being our policy is to require that all customers
call, or message with at least 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson, or
session in order to retain their credit on account. If you cancel last
minute you will still be charged for the missed appointment. We understand
that unforeseen circumstances may hinder you from making an appointment,
but we are not responsible for those events & have still made a
heartfelt effort to dedicate materials & time for you personally. We
hope that you understand this & appreciate our efforts.
Disclaimer & Credit Card Authorization Agreement: For long term reoccurring session customers each weekly,
or monthly payment will be charged 1 week prior to utilizing the last lesson
credit on file. This allows us to reserve your appointment time. A declined
transaction fee of $1.00 will be charged, each time the payment declines.
